April Treague is a Michigan Technological University B.S. Mechanical Engineering graduate with an M.B.A. from Lakeland University concentrating in Project Management. Her 16-year career has been focused on Research and Development in Consumer Products in the Tissue, Towel, and Napkin B2B businesses, and includes injection molded project management design for rolled paper product dispensers or devices. Her background also includes portfolio project management of retail bath tissue consumer product research and development working in partnership with marketing and sales to launch innovation products for a $1B brand, Angel Soft® bath tissue. Her most recent career change was in the Consumer Products Diaper space to manage an R&D product development team to launch innovation projects for another $1B brand, Huggies Diapers. Throughout her career, she has found consumer products fascinating and fulfilling, always looking for insights of the consumer to guide the innovation pipeline to launch successful products.
