Shela Joyce (she/her) is a Quality Manager at IPEX in Madison, AL. Since joining in 2016, Shela has been an active Society of Women Engineers member. As a leader in her collegiate section, she spent two years developing a mentoring program with local SWENext clubs. Since then, she actively revitalized the North Alabama professional section, elevating the section into good standing while serving as president. Her favorite local events have been the New Futures STEM Camp and the North Alabama STEM Essay Contest. In her free-time, she enjoys trail running, crafting, and traveling.
