Kiran is the Director of the Solutions Engineering Team at Keysight Technologies, bringing extensive experience in data center technologies, application performance, and network security. After earning her Electronics and Communications degree from REC Kurukshetra, she began her career in technical sales and has accumulated over 20 years of corporate experience. For the past seven years, Kiran has actively participated in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) as a panelist, mentor, and presenter at the National Conference. She plays a key role in the Technical Career Professional Affinity Group (TCP AG), focusing on technical career coaching. Kiran is passionate about empowering girls through literacy and is a strong advocate for women in STEM, as well as for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She is dedicated to fostering a diverse engineering landscape by engaging in teaching and mentoring future engineers.
