TaiJaune Robinson holds an associate’s degree in liberal arts and social sciences and bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Youngstown State University (YSU). She also holds a master’s degree in Lean Manufacturing with a concentration in Operations Management from Kettering University. TaiJaune is a recipient of the National Women of Color Rising Star Technology Award.
At General Motors, TaiJaune has worked on various programs as a Specification Analyst, Validation Engineer, Issue Resolution Team Co-Chair and Design Release Engineer. She currently works as the Engineering Business Manager for GM Motorsports. While growing as an engineer through GM, TaiJaune has also been an active part of engineering resource groups such as GM Women, GM African Ancestry Network, and GM Motorsports IMPACT Committee (Chair). As the founder to her non-profit organization (The Pop Up Series), youth mentor and K-College Math tutor, her personal mission is to live and lead in her purpose.
