Sharon Greenfield is a project engineering and program management professional with over 15 years of experience in product development and customer support. She holds both a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional. Sharon currently serves as an ERG Program Manager, supporting global employee resource groups and developing ERG leaders to foster inclusion and community across her organization. She contributes to the Society of Women Engineers by supporting Girl Scout STEM initiatives and serving as Industry relations chair for her local professional chapter. A lifetime Girl Scout, Sharon brings a spirit of service, mentorship, and curiosity to her work as she endeavors to be a trusted voice within her organization.
