Keisha Garcia, VP Enterprise Platforms and Digital Systems of Work at bp, has demonstrated her commitment to advancing women and minorities in technology during her 30+ year career. She is executive sponsor of bp's Black Collective employee resource group and an ambassador for Prairie View A&M University, the International Smart Advancing Women (iSAW) organization.

For her contributions, Keisha has been recognized as a 2024 Bupa Everywoman Technology for Good winner, a 2020-21 Golden Torch Outstanding Woman in Technology recipient for the National Society of Black Engineers, featured in Empower Ethnic Minority Executives 2021 role model list and a finalist for Women in IT awards 2020 IT Team of the Year. She regularly speaks at leading tech conferences, including a keynote at the 2024 Amazon (AWS) Energy Symposium.

Keisha holds a BA in corporate communications and English writing from Chicago State University and is certified in PMP and ITIL management essentials.
