Katie Lin is a Program Manager at the Kansas City National Security Campus, managed by Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies. Her career spans 14 years in the electrical assembly manufacturing industry, including 5 years in management roles. She earned her B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Missouri. She has been involved with the SWE-Kansas City section her whole career including past section president in 2016. She survived the first year as a new working M.O.M. twice now, and currently has 2 kids ages 4 and 1. Katie lives in Kansas City with her husband (who is also an engineer), where she spends most of her time planning activities for the kids, and manages to find a little time for crafting and baking.
