Mandeep brings 22 years of experience, holds a Master's degree in Computer & Information Technology. She works with HCLTech & manages a diverse portfolio of Technical Writing, Labeling, & UXD. Prior to this, she worked for Becton Dickinson, Oracle and Quark. Mandeep is an SWE Global Ambassador, Mohali Affiliate Core Member, Lead for the Global Women Engineers AG, and member of the SWE Mentoring Group. She is also a member of ATHENA as a Global Taskforce. 2 of her programs (Local Mentoring and Chat With a Purpose) at BD won “Mentoring” and “Leadership Development within Group” SWE Mission Award Best Practice recognition in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Through her engagement, she finds ways to support women in STEM, increase their visibility, address their challenges, and provide and facilitate mentorship. Through SWE, she found a platform that supports women in all career stages by sharing best practices and experiences without judgment.
