With a career spanning automotive supply chain, medical device innovation, and enterprise portfolio management, Leslie has led and executed major cross-functional initiatives that shape R&D, operations, and engineering strategy. She began her career in new model automation assembly in the automotive sector, later transitioning into medical device supply chain, regulatory compliance, and R&D portfolio management.
Leslie founded the Midmark Engineering Co-op Program and Women in Engineering (WIE) initiative, demonstrating her passion for mentorship, leadership development, and creating opportunities for women in STEM. Her career reflects the power of strategic thinking, adaptability, and lifelong learning, and she remains committed to empowering future engineers while shaping the next era of engineering leadership.
