Jillienne Hussey is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering. Shortly after graduation Jillienne moved to Chicago, IL and began her career in operations management. She led efficiency analyst teams responsible for cost savings initiatives over 10 childcare organization brands and 950 locations. Jillienne transitioned into the consumer product goods industry with responsibility for several continuous improvement initiatives and ERP implementation. This position allowed her to travel to Vietnam and China to collaborate on quality, design and supply chain initiatives with business partners and vendors. Currently Jillienne works as a project manager for a specialty equipment manufacturer in the food and beverage industry. She is responsible for the overall scope, schedule, quality and budget for $5-$10M contracts. Jillienne resides in Plainfield, IL with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
