Nichole Elff is an Associate Process Development Director for Boston Scientific where her team brings new product design concepts to life by integrating the latest manufacturing technologies, optimizing design for assembly, and ensuring our products meet high quality standards. During her 19-year tenure she’s held a variety of leadership roles across Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Engineering, and Process Development. In these roles Nichole has had to navigate across functional boundaries to deliver products to market, cost savings enhancements, and ensure supply chain continuity. In addition, Nichole has spent 16 years supporting the SWE mission through section leadership and growing the SWE-BSC affiliate. She unwinds by channeling her passion into endurance running and drag racing. She is an accomplished racer with several XFWD wins and currently the 7th fastest XFWD drag racer in the world with a ¼ mile time of 7.780 @195mph.
