Kate is an early career professional in ABB’s leadership development program with a focus on sales engineering. She graduated from the University of San Diego in May 2024 with a Bachelor's in Sustainability and Electrical Engineering. During her time at USD, Kate was actively involved with SWE and connected with ABB at WE23 in Los Angeles. She is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in sustainable and socially-equitable energy development and is currently working within the utility team at ABB. In her rotational program, Kate enjoys working on an array of teams and roles, including sales, product management, operations, and business development. Kate is also passionate about fostering personal and professional development by mentoring aspiring young professionals within her community and advocating for greater representation in STEM and business.
