Jennifer Stephens is a Director, with 20 years of experience, responsible for Merck’s enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Culture & Awareness Program to raise awareness and promote positive behavioral change in cybersecurity. She is responsible for the training, change management and communications programs that support cybersecurity strategy and operations, as well as real life attacks and Advanced Persistent Threats (APT’s) that all employees must understand to preserve the company’s cybersecurity posture. Jennifer is also the lead for cybersecurity talent initiatives in support of the company strategy. Jennifer is passionate about diversity and equity in the workplace, serving as our company’s Corporate Champion for the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) for women in cybersecurity and privacy; and she is the co-lead for the Merck Steering Committee for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).Jennifer is a graduate of William Paterson University with a degree in Business Administration (Marketing).
