Leah Baker is an R&D engineer at Medtronic, where she develops technology for medical devices that impact divsere populations from infants to the elderly. Leah recently wrapped up her term as Outreach Committee Chair for the Society and currently serves as a WE Local Advisory Board (LAB) Member. She also sits on the scientific advisory board for Project Scientist and is a leader within the Medtronic Foundation's SPARK outreach initiative. Outside of her professional endeavors, Leah enjoys spending time outdoors, biking, playing softball and crafting.
