Liz Holmes is a Capital Project Engineer at 3M, with four years’ experience in the chemical manufacturing space. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MS in Environmental Planning & Management. Liz has spent her career at one of 3M’s chemical plants, which are male-dominated and have few younger engineers. She has been a leader in 3M's various groups for women engineers and has also served as a global chair for one of 3M's internal Knowledge Networks. Liz strives to make an impact in her work, both by contributing technical expertise and fostering an inclusive working environment.
