Ashley graduated in 2017 with my BS in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University. She is currently in the role of Rapid Customer Sampling (RCS) and Optimization Engineer with Qnity™, Dupont Electronics at the Newark, DE site. She is a dedicated and hardworking individual with exceptional management and leadership skills and can easily adapt to changes. Most of her expertise lies in improving quality and profitability within the manufacturing process. Recently, she has just received her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is currently looking to enhance sustainability within her company.
While she was in her undergrad, she became a founding member and officer of the Temple University Collegiate SWE chapter. They attended their first SWE National Conference in 2015 in Nashville, TN with lots of teamwork and were able to send 10 students completely free. She was then a member of the Delmar Penninsula Professional Chapter as the Secretary.
