Gemma is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager and has been with Bechtel for over 13 years, working across the Mining, Energy and Infrastructure Sectors. She has spent most of her career leading diverse teams in Engineering and Construction Projects, including Delivery Director for a major tunnelling package for Sydney Metro. She is currently Bechtel's Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager driving organisational change to support a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
