Nicole Lankist – the rocket scientist in Human Resources. Having started with Emerson in an engineering rotational program, her experiences across the globe opened her eyes to the possibilities available to engineers. She has held roles in engineering, marketing, and continuous improvement, all of which led to the past 8 years in human resources. Leveraging her Aerospace Engineering degree, she strives to help others realize their maximum career potential through skills transference and cross-departmental understanding. As the Director of HR Transformation and Operations at Emerson, she works to utilize data strategies to drive the organization to the next level and create more efficiencies in the way our teams work. As the world becomes increasingly dependent on technology, Nicole hopes to inspire others to think of the possibilities of engineering everywhere in the workplace.
