Claire Jordan, a semiconductor training owner, graduated from Arizona State University with a BSE and MS in Mechanical Engineering in 2019 and 2020, respectively. Transitioning to a full-time role in semiconductor manufacturing engineering at Texas Instruments (TI) in 2020, Claire moved to Dallas, Texas, where she has since grown her career. Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM, Claire is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), where she serves as the Society Bylaws Chair for FY24 and FY25. Through her role, Claire is dedicated to ensuring that the bylaws of SWE uphold the organization's values and mission, facilitating decision-making processes, conflict resolution, and accountability within the society. Claire's commitment to empowering organizational excellence within SWE reflects her belief in the importance of robust governance structures to drive positive change in the engineering community.
