Meredith is the Director of Product Engineering and CAD for Flow Controls products within Emerson. Meredith began her career with Emerson as a high school-to-work student and later as a co-op while pursuing her engineering degree. She earned a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Iowa State University and then went to work as a metallurgist for Arconic before rejoining Emerson in 2004. Meredith has supported multiple roles in the Materials Engineering group including the Materials Research Engineering, Standards & Product Safety Manager before her most recent role as Global Industry Sales Power Industry Manager. She is active in her community and also serves on the board for Emerson’s Women Impact Network employee resource group as the Vice Chair for Ways and Means.
