Min Li is currently Senior Manager at Micron Semiconductor, with focus on Dry Etch applications. Driven by growth mindset, she takes pride in providing technical solutions to overcome challenges in the Semiconductor world. She is enthusiastic about the technology and the talented teams she collaborates with. She aims to connect with and inspire women at different stages of their STEM careers, utilizing her position as an SWE Global Ambassador to contribute to this cause.In addition to her primary job junctions, Min Li is passionate about helping other women succeed. She is currently in the Micron Women’s Leadership Network. Some of her achievements include facilitating workshops centered on building Courage that attracted > 300 participants from Malaysia and Singapore. As SWE Global Ambassador, she has helped facilitate regional SWE networking sessions. In INWED25 celebration organized by SWE@SG, Min Li led the organization of panel discussion which included SWE Penang and KL.
