Natalia Johnson is a Senior Project Engineer at Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI), where she leads complex industrial, commercial, and non-residential construction initiatives with a focus on precision, collaboration, and results-driven execution. She holds a Civil Engineering degree from Texas Tech University and brings diverse experience in estimating, constructability, construction, and commissioning across major oil & gas and commercial projects.

Her career spans office-based planning and hands-on field engineering, equipping her with a deep understanding of project lifecycles and the ability to optimize performance across multidisciplinary teams. At PCI, she continues to champion innovation and operational excellence.
