Ivy Chipinda is a data-driven engineer and management consultant with a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She specializes in applying quantitative methods to infrastructure decision-making and has three years of experience translating complex data into actionable insights.
At WSP, Ivy contributes to a range of impactful projects, including Electric Vehicle Transition, Freight & Logistics, Project Development & Prioritization, Economic Impact Assessments, and Grant Writing. Prior to WSP, she served as a Traffic & Safety Engineer at the Michigan Department of Transportation, where she supported highway planning and operations.
