Judith has been the President of Reynolds Cooking & Baking since 2022. Additionally, she serves as Director of Whirlpool Corporation and serves on the corporate governance and nominating committee and human resource committee of the Board of Directors. Previously, Judith served as the president of the Presto Products business unit of Reynolds Consumer Products, from 2019 to 2022, senior vice president of business transformation at Reynolds Consumer Products, from 2017 to 2019 and vice president of operations and engineering for Hefty Waste and Food Bags businesses from 2014 to 2017. Judith joined Reynolds in 2000 as an engineering manager and held various positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations, and innovation. Prior to joining Reynolds, Judith held engineering and leadership roles in RDE, product development and operations at Hoechst-Celanese/Invista and worked in several U.S. locations and internationally. Judith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University.
