Rachel Bishop led Reynold’s Tableware business, as well as the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiative through June, 2025. Rachel was appointed as an independent board member of Sally Beauty Holdings in 2022. Prior to RCP Rachel had leadership roles at Treehouse Foods, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and McKinsey & Company. Rachel earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University, a B.S. in Geophysics and a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Brown University. She is Directorship Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Rachel has been engaged in civic leadership as a Leadership Greater Chicago fellow in 2011, a member of the Art Institute of Chicago Auxiliary Board, and on the Board of Directors of Chicago Run (2012-2016). Currently she is on the Chicago’s Lurie Children’s Hospital Foundation Board as well as a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and The Chicago Network.
