Princess Honnah is the Senior Program Supervisor for the Johnson & Johnson Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD). The program is a dynamic full-time 2.5-year rotational program that develops high-potential, early-in-career supply chain talent and prepares them for future leadership positions across the Johnson & Johnson global supply chain. She has been with Johnson & Johnson for 7 years and is a graduate of the GOLD Program herself. During her tenure with the company so far, she has held roles in Engineering, R&D, Operations, Planning, Quality, and Program Management across the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, and MedTech sectors. Princess has a passion for talent development and continuous learning, so her current role is the perfect reflection of that. She has a BS degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and she currently resides in the Washington DC metro area with her husband and Shih Tzu-Bichon, Cashmere.
