Josie Wagner is a process engineer with ADM in Marshall, Minnesota. She began working there after graduating from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in May 2025. Prior to graduation, she spent one year as a manufacturing engineering intern with Marvin Windows and 1.5 years on an engineering research co-op with the UND's Institute for Energy Studies.
At UND, Josie was a member of SWE all five years that she was in school. She served the director of outreach for 2 years and then served as the president for 2 years. She became involved with SWE outside of UND as a junior. She participated in the Collegiate Leadership Institute and volunteered as a reviewer for WE24. As a senior, she served on the Program Development Grant Committee, became a member of the Early Career Professionals Affinity Group, and began attending MAL meetings.
