Melanie Myles is a Mechanical Engineer, MBA, and certified executive coach with over 30 years of experience in the energy sector. She currently serves as Operations Director at Alyeska Pipeline Service Company, overseeing the operations of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System. She has led high-performing teams, driven large-scale initiatives, and navigated complex leadership challenges in male-dominated industries.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) and advocate for women in STEM, Melanie is a founding member of her organization’s women’s network and speaks on leadership, resilience, and career advancement.

Through her coaching and advocacy, Melanie helps women in STEM set boundaries, avoid burnout, and build careers that feel as good as they look on paper.
