Fadhilah B. Yusoff, Degree in Material Engineering

Fadhilah Yusoff is in Quality Management System Engineering at GlobalFoundries (GF) with 18 years of semiconductor industry experience. After a five-year career break to focus on family, she successfully reentered the workforce in 2020, driving improvement, compliance and operational excellence in quality engineering. Her journey highlights that career gaps are opportunities for growth, not obstacles. Fadhilah understands the challenges of returning to work, including overcoming imposter syndrome and adapting to industry changes. She graduated with a Degree in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in the year 2001. She advocates for women in engineering, serving on GF’s Global Women’s Committee and participate as panelist and moderator in various Global Woman International Women’s Day events.
