Kelly Morales is a fourth-year Mechanical Engineering student from Ecuador and a founding member of the first Society of Women Engineers (SWE) group in the country. As a Latina woman in STEM, she has firsthand experience with the challenges of diversity, representation, and inclusion in engineering education. Through her leadership in SWE, she is dedicated to creating safe spaces for women and building a supportive community that empowers aspiring Latina engineers.
