Kizmet Charles is a seasoned Sr. Supply Chain Leader with over 20 years of consumer product experience in food manufacturing, process engineering, project management, lean continuous improvement, and plant operations. Over the course of her career, she has held a variety of roles including Sr. Systems Engineer, Continuous Improvement Leader, Technical Leader and Plant Leader. Currently serving as Sr. Program Manager at Newell Brands, Kizmet leads continuous improvement initiatives across the Global Supply Chain enterprise.
Additionally, Kizmet is passionate about developing others and she leads several early career development programs for the organization. She holds an MBA from Emory University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, In addition, Kizmet is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and instructor. She is committed to driving continuous improvement with effective leadership and is committed to developing the Supply Chain leaders of the future.
