Emma Kayton is a Senior Quality Engineer at Newell Brands in the Learning and Development Segment. In her role on the Baby Gear team, she focuses on Graco and Baby Jogger Strollers. She works across global teams to provide both quality function and quality performance on new and existing products, assessing product quality from ideation to product sunset. She graduated in 2020 from the University of Rochester with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, with 5 years of experience in product development.
Outside of her technical work, Emma leads the Atlanta chapter of Newell Brands' internal SWE organization which provides mentorship and STEM education to local public schools and universities as well as internal engagement events. Outside of work, Emma enjoys creating pottery, competing in local trivia with her friends, and spending time with her dog, Penny.
