Kristin Hagen is an undergraduate student at the University of California Irvine, studying Biomedical Engineering. She is passionate about researching vascular system modeling and microfabrication techniques, and hopes to study the lymphatic system in graduate school. Outside of engineering, Kristin studies various genres of dance, and is a dance teacher for preschool through high school students. Kristin has served as an Outreach Co-Chair and Internal Vice President at her SWE UCI chapter, and is grateful to have attended the WE23 and WE24 conferences. She has participated in various pitch competitions and public speaking opportunities at UCI, and is excited to teach her best public speaking practices to others at WE25.
