Jeanie Kasper is a Quality Engineer based in the Twin Cities, holding a BS in Engineering from Loras College and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She began her career as an intern at Abbott and later joined their Professional Development Program, which allowed her to develop in four different roles across the globe over the past three years. Despite the constant change, her passion for helping the next generation has remained unwavering. Jeanie has been actively involved in the company’s Women in STEM network, intern recruitment, and mentoring. As part of this involvement, she co-authored a children’s book, What Does STEM Look Like?, and has represented Abbott at career fairs both virtually and in person in the United States and Europe. These experiences have provided her with valuable motivational coaching skills and extensive expertise in crafting resumes and understanding what makes them effective.
