Raymond Sim has been with GlobalFoundries, a leading semiconductor company, for over 12 years. Born and raised in the multicultural cosmopolitan city of Singapore, he has been exposed to diverse cultures and backgrounds. Despite this, he recognizes that there is alot more to learn when working in a global organization. He recently joined the core team of a women's resource group within the company, dedicated to creating a sustainable framework for the professional development of women through a collaborative alliance of both women and men. He is also the recipient of the company's IWD Allyship award in 2025, an esteemed award honoring allies across GlobalFoundries for demonstrating exceptional allyship through unwavering support and dedication to creating a more inclusive and equitable environment. He is a devoted father of two children, aged 11 and 8, and is often the go-to person for his kids due to his wife’s work commitments.
