Dr. Rebecca Alexander (Becca) is a Human Resources Program Manager who aids in strategic talent initiatives for ~10,000 employees alongside business partner initiatives for Vice President level leadership at Eaton Corporation, a diversified power management company. Becca holds a PhD from Adler Univeristy in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a focus on change management for middle management level leaders, as well as a Masters of Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelors in Generalized Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Becca is a passionate advocate for women in male dominated industries as she serves on the Eaton SWE Global Leadership team and leads communications for the company’s Women’s Engagement group conference. In addition, she is a strong believer in the power of networking and storytelling as she continues to teach sessions on related skills and actions that can be taken to support a robust career.
