Nicole Wettstein serves as a Terminal Second Level Engineering Manager at the Federal Aviation Administration, based at the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace in Southern New Jersey. She earned an Associate's degree in Information Systems from Cumberland County College, a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Stockton University, and a Master's in Information Science from Drexel University. Further enhancing her leadership skills, she completed the prestigious Women in Leadership Program for Women in Aviation International at Harvard University. As a first-generation college graduate, Nicole made a remarkable return to the STEM workforce after becoming a mother. Driven by her passion for empowering future generations, she founded "South Jersey STEAM Inc.," a non-profit organization offering neurodiverse students opportunities to explore science, technology, and the arts. Beyond her professional life, Nicole is an avid singer and trumpet player who enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling the world with her family.
