Emma Koslow (she/her/hers) is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She began interning for Disney in 2022, continued while finishing her bachelor's degree, and transitioned to a full-time engineer in July 2023. Emma's passion for technology and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) is evident in her work and affiliations. With degrees in computer science and communication studies, she explores the intersection of entertainment and technology, a focus she's been able to delve into at Disney. Emma has also interned at other tech companies, including Relativity and Dataminr. Her commitment to DE&I extends to her role as Community Development Co-Chair for the Society of Women Engineers Early Career Professionals Affinity group, and her past involvement in UNC's Department of Computer Science's DEI Committee as a student representative.
