Engr Abosede Adewole is a visionary engineer and transformational leader with 22 years of post-graduation experience spanning electrical engineering, administration, marketing, and customer service. She currently serves with the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), where she plays a key role in planning and supervising electrical infrastructure projects that power housing developments across Nigeria.
A passionate advocate for women in STEM, Engr Adewole has held leadership and mentorship roles with the Association of Professional Women Engineers of Nigeria (APWEN) and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). Her exceptional service has earned her the SWE Outstanding Counselor Award and the APWEN President’s Outstanding Performance Award.
She is a recipient of the Golden Pen Award from the Academic Writers’ Academy and an alumna of the Africa Centre for Leadership, Strategy, and Development (Centre LSD). She also serves in union leadership with SSASCGOC, contributing to workforce development and organizational growth.
