Jenna Bechard holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. She began her career journey in GE’s early career rotational program and had several roles within different sectors of GE Vernova, including Onshore Wind Energy, Gas Turbines, and Hydropower. After her final rotation, she joined a team that deploys tools and repairs in Wind Services, frequently traveling to wind sites around the world to validate processes and train technicians. After four years, Jenna transitioned to her current role as Major Component Upgrade Global Operations & Standards Program Manager for Onshore Wind Services, focusing on lean initiatives and continuous improvement within field services.
