Acaydia Campbell is a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble, where she works in manufacturing consumer goods, driving innovation and efficiency in production. She earned her degree in Biomedical Engineering from Florida International University. As a first-generation American with Jamaican heritage, Acaydia is dedicated to fostering inclusion and mentorship in the STEM community. Passionate about diversity in STEM, Acaydia was deeply involved in the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) throughout college and continues her engagement as the Secretary of SWE’s African American Affinity Group.
Her first speaking experience was at the 2023 CoNECD Conference, where she presented research focused on supporting marginalized students in engineering. She continues her efforts of supporting marginalized students by engaging with the local Wisconsin community to inspire children to explore engineering and creating a strong network of support and empowerment.
