After earning a bachelors degree from Utah State University, Katie Chadwick pursued further education and obtained a master's degree from Vermont Law School in 2024. As a first-generation college graduate, Katie has always been driven by a passion for learning and growth.
Katie joined Ingredion three years ago as the quality assurance lead and is currently part of the Global Talent for Operations program. This program has provided Katie with diverse experiences and opportunities to develop skills in various aspects of operations. Currently, she is in Indianapolis working on environmental projects as part of the environmental team.
Throughout her time at Ingredion, Katie has embraced the challenges and rewards presented, finding fulfillment in such a dynamic environment.
Looking ahead, Katie is excited to continue growing within the company and contributing to its success. She is passionate about leveraging her diverse skill set to drive continuous improvement and innovation at Ingredion.
