Paige Feikert is a research and technology engineer in the aerospace industry, where she studies emerging technologies for the fabrication of composite aerostructures. Prior to joining the aerospace industry in 2022, Feikert earned an M.S. in mechanical engineering from Wichita State University (WSU), where her thesis focused on relaxation behaviors of protein-polymer blends. Feikert also taught in the Biomedical Engineering Department at WSU for two semesters. She is currently pursuing a PhD in mechanical engineering also from WSU, studying the effects of rigid nanoparticles on relaxation behaviors of polymer matrices. Feikert earned a B.S. in biomedical engineering from WSU with a minor in broadcast journalism. She worked as both a reporter and news producer for five years before pursuing a career in engineering.
