Dr. Cecilia (Ceal) D. Craig is a retired technology and manufacturing executive with over 35 years of experience in high-tech industries, including circuit boards, typewriters, personal computers, disc drives, and Ethernet switches. She earned a BSMechEng (The Ohio State University), MSE (California State University, Fullerton), and a PhD in Education (Walden University). A SWE member since college, she has been a section and regional officer in three locations. A SWE Fellow and recipient of the Distinguished Service Award, Dr. Craig has focused her later years exploring engineering experiential activities and their influence on young women’s career decisions. Her passion lies in supporting initiatives that inspire young women to pursue careers in engineering and computer science.
