Driving active participation in STEM worldwide is at the heart of SWE's mission. We recognize that when all members of our communities have the opportunity and resources to engage in STEM, we can effectively map creativity to innovation. The SWE Africa Advisory Board (AAB) is helping lead the charge of growth across the continent. We invite all SWE members based in Africa to join this discussion on the current state of SWE in Africa, growth strategies, AAB successes, and opportunities for support. Members actively engaged in business operations across the continent are welcome to join along with members of the diaspora interested in growth across the continent.
