Building a strong community requires effective communication and organization. HP, committed to innovation and inclusivity, supports initiatives empowering women in technology and leadership. The speakers, Fabiana and Luiza, leaders in HP’s Women in Tech initiative, played a key role in developing the SWE Porto Alegre Application, an idea born from HP’s participation in SWE Porto Alegre’s strategic planning. This session will highlight how digital tools strengthen communities, enhance engagement, and transform collaboration within SWE. Designed as a pilot, the app is customizable for other SWE affiliates globally. We’ll discuss best practices for using technology to boost efficiency, inclusivity, and professional growth while fostering collaboration between companies and universities to create a more inclusive future for women in STEM.
