Rewrite, Reboot, Recharge: Embracing My Story and Empowering My Career

How did a girl who started learning English for the first time in high school adapt to various circumstances and challenges and turn those into opportunities to grow into Sr. Director of Technology? How did she rewrite her own story by overcoming self-doubt, reboot her career by taking risks, learning new skills by developing growth mindset and recharge by practicing mindfulness, setting boundaries and cultivating a supportive network? I aim to inspire and empower female engineers, no matter where they come from, to own their narrative, redefine their identity by embracing their unique strengths, and treat failures as opportunities to reboot their career and recharge through meaningful cultivation of supportive network of friends, family, and mentors. Through personal challenges experienced and practical tools to adapt to new situations, I hope to help female engineers with the mechanisms and confidence to rewrite their own story.
